Booking

Thank you for considering to book an appointment with me!

They are available up to 1 month in advance. Every appointment is approved manually, since I might have additional questions for you regarding the services selected. I will reach out via the contact information you provide, so please make sure it’s accurate. Once the details have been discussed and agreed upon, I will adjust and finalize your booking.

Before you arrive please take a look at my cancelation policy and house rules below, to receive the best experience possible. If you have questions or would like to reach out about an appointment please use the Contact page.

Cancelation Policy

No deposit is needed to secure an appointment, but I require your card to be put on file while when booking. It won’t be charged, unless this cancelation policy takes effect as detailed below. If anything changes regarding your schedule please don’t hesitate to contact me so we can adjust your appointment as needed. You can cancel your session up to 48 hours before your appointment without any charges. If you cancel within the last 48 hours, 50% of the previously agreed upon service fee will be charged*. If you cancel within the last 2 hours or do not show up, a 100% of the previously agreed upon service fee will be charged. If you do not show up to 2 consecutive appointments, unfortunately I will not be able to offer you my services in the future.

If you are running late please notify me, so I can plan accordingly. If you do arrive late to your appointment and thus there is not enough time left for the previously agreed upon service that you booked I will do my best to accommodate you with a service that requires less time, but the original fee of the booked service will be charged if there is a price difference.

* Note that the cancelation fee is initially set to a 100% because of a booking system limitation, but if you cancel within the last 48 hours I will make sure to update this to 50% before charging your card on file.

House Rules

No cash accepted

For various reasons I decided to only accept payment for my services via card only. Please plan accordingly, and make sure to always have a credit or debit card with you.

No work over others’

In order for me to be able to provide you the best service please arrive with bare nails, since I won’t work over someone else’s work, for multiple reasons. I need to make sure your nails are healthy, with no signs of infection. I cannot know what products were used in your previous nails, and how those would interact with any I might use. If it’s not possible to arrive with bare nails please do let me know before your appointment, so it can be adjusted as needed.

No phones or tablets

On your arrival I will kindly ask you to set your personal belongings aside for the length of your appointment. This ensures I can provide you the best and quickest service, since I will need easy access to both of your hands at all times. Thank you for understanding!

Do not arrive sick

If you are experiencing any signs or symptoms of sickness, please let me know and do not come to your appointment. No nails are worth risking getting others sick. If you do show up sick or with symptoms I will refuse to service you and charge your card on file a 100% of the previously agreed upon service fee, just like when not showing up (please see my Cancelation Policy above for more details).

No children or companions

Please note that I ask you to arrive alone to your appointment, to offer a relaxing and stress free environment for both of us. I understand that it can be hard to find someone to look after your children for the time of your appointment, but my studio is not prepared for children, and I’d like to avoid the risk of any harm or injuries.

Additionally, there’s no extra seating available in the studio, so if someone does end up accompanying you they will have to use seating available in the hallway, or spend time in the nearby shopping area (Starbucks, restaurants, shops are all within walking distance).
